We understand that plans may change. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to note the following:

Weather
Outdoor events are weather-dependent. In the event of unsafe conditions, the experience may be rescheduled.

Health & Safety
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to take part in the experience. Please listen to your body and inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions before the session.

Equipment & Setup
All necessary equipment will be provided unless otherwise stated. Guests are kindly asked to follow instructor guidance and treat all equipment with care throughout the experience.

Age Requirement
Participants must be 15 years or older, unless otherwise specified.

​

Arrival Time
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled experience to allow time for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may reduce your participation time.

​

Personal Belongings
Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the guest.

​

Attire
Please arrive dressed and ready to move, as changing facilities may not be available at all locations.
Grip socks are required.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled experience are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable unless the experience is cancelled by Orbit Studios.
